    Dimensional accuracy

    Thickness tolerance ±0.3mm across full sheet (1220x2440mm). Density range 0.45–0.55 g/cm³ maintains consistent flatness and reduces warping under temperature variation.

    Machining behavior

    Compatible with carbide saw blades, CNC routers, and laser engraving (limited depth). Minimal dust production and no delamination along cut edges.

    Bright Yellow (RAL 1023 match) and Bright White (RAL 9003) – consistent shade from surface to core, no white edge effect after cutting.

    Fabrication guidelines — Cutting: Carbide-tipped circular blade (10-12 TPI) or CNC single flute. Bonding: solvent cement (MEK/THF) or double-sided acrylic foam tape. Printing: UV or screen inks; avoid drying above 65°C. Storage: flat position away from direct UV/heat sources.

    Technical FAQ & notes

    UV stability for bright yellow variant?
    Standard grade provides 6-12 months outdoor exposure before noticeable fading. For extended exterior use, request UV-stabilized production batch or apply clear protective coating.
    Suitable for thermoforming?
    Limited simple curves possible at 120–150°C. Sharp bends or deep drawing may collapse the foam structure. Use 3-6mm thickness for thermoforming applications.
    Load capacity of 12mm board?
    Evenly distributed load up to 6-8 kg across 500x500mm with full perimeter support. Not intended for structural flooring or heavy shelving.
    Compliance and environmental data
    RoHS compliant, no lead-based stabilizers. PVC recycling code 3; production scrap can be reground (max 15% regrind ratio in non-critical layers).
