Available in thicknesses from 5mm to 30mm with selectable density between 0.4 and 0.9 g/cm³, the material accommodates lightweight decorative panels to heavy-duty furniture components. The standard 4x8 foot sheet size (1220x2440mm) integrates with standard fabrication equipment, while the white base surface accepts laminates, paints, and direct printing. Optional custom colors are available for integrated pigmentation throughout the board cross-section.

    Tungsten carbide-tipped circular saw blades (10-12 TPI). For thicknesses above 15mm, score-and-snap method or panel saw recommended.

    Apply 1mm or 2mm PVC edge banding with hot melt adhesive. Match edge band color to board or decorative laminate.

    Use contact cement or pressure-sensitive adhesives. Ensure surface is clean and dust-free. Apply even pressure for 24 hours.

    Pre-drill holes for screws. Use coarse-thread screws designed for PVC. Maintain 20mm minimum distance from sheet edges.

    What thickness is recommended for cabinet doors?
    For framed cabinet doors, 15mm to 18mm thickness with density 0.6-0.7 g/cm³ provides adequate rigidity. For frameless (European style) cabinets, 18mm is standard. Thinner boards (12mm) are suitable for back panels and drawer bottoms.
    Can this board be laminated with HPL?
    Yes. The smooth PVC surface accepts high-pressure laminate (HPL) using contact cement or specialized PVC adhesives. Surface preparation requires cleaning with isopropyl alcohol to remove any manufacturing residue.
    Is the material suitable for outdoor furniture?
    Standard grade is suitable for covered outdoor areas (porches, patios). For direct sunlight and rain exposure, request UV-stabilized formulation. Darker colors require UV protection more than white.
    How does this compare to plywood for furniture?
    PVC foam board offers superior moisture resistance, lighter weight (30-50% lighter than plywood), and eliminates concerns about warping or delamination. However, it has lower screw holding strength than hardwood plywood and requires specific fasteners.
    What density should I choose for wall panels?
    For vertical wall cladding, density 0.45-0.55 g/cm³ is sufficient. For areas subject to impact (hallways, commercial spaces), select 0.60-0.75 g/cm³ for added durability.
