    Handling & processing notes — Use carbide-tipped blades for cutting. CNC routing recommended at 15,000–20,000 RPM with single-flute cutters. For adhesion: solvent-based PVC cements or acrylic foam tapes. Avoid exceeding 65°C during printing/drying cycles. Store flat in clean, dry area away from direct heat sources.

    Common questions & technical answers

    Is the gray color consistent across different thicknesses?
    Yes, the color masterbatch is adjusted per density/thickness to maintain visual consistency. Slight shade variation may occur between very low density (0.4) and high density (0.8) due to foam cell structure.
    What density is recommended for 3mm sheet?
    For 3mm thickness, density 0.5–0.6 g/cm³ provides balance between rigidity and flexibility for signage. Lower density (0.45) for lightweight banners, higher density (0.7) for structural inserts.
    Can this board be used outdoors for long periods?
    Standard grade offers limited UV resistance (approx. 6-9 months). For extended outdoor use, select UV-stabilized version or apply protective clear coat. Gray color fades slower than bright shades.
    Is the material recyclable?
    PVC foam board is recyclable under code 3. Production scrap can be reground and reintroduced up to 15% in non-critical layers. RoHS compliant, no heavy metal stabilizers.
    Maximum sheet size available besides 4x8ft?
    Standard 1220x2440mm. Larger sizes 1560x3050mm may be available for specific orders (minimum quantity applies). Contact for custom dimensions.
